Mastering Mambo

Submission by shawn carey

I am not really a Mambo newbie, I've been toying with it on a casual basis for about a little over a year. So working around in the admin section, adding content through the front end, and any other mundane routines I am very comfortable with. Thankfully, that kind of information isn't what Mastering Mambo offers.

Mambo Book by Hagen Graf

Submission by Hasin Hayder

I have recently gone thru the Book "Building websites with Mambo" by Hagen Graf, And surprisingly I really fall in love with it. Mambo is not a tool for totally beginners but Hagen describes all these in a real cool style so that even a newbie can understand it.

I have recently gone thru the Book "Building websites with Mambo" by Hagen Graf, And surprisingly I really fall in love with it. Mambo is not a tool for totally beginners but Hagen describes all these in a real cool style so that even a newbie can understand it, configure it and administer it. Moreover extensions and modules of Mambo are covered so that you can develop extensions by your own.

I was really waiting for a book like this. This book shows how usefully you can use Mambo to solve your Business Needs. And ofcourse, this book shows you how beautiful Mambo could be.

You may take a look at the book site at http://www.packtpub.com/mambo/book. This book is published by Packt Publishers (www.packtpub.com). The price is slightly higher but the book worths it, no doubt.
