I have tested so may CMSs, and among all databaseless portal or CMSs, I found
that the miniPortail (www.aldweb.com) is the most easy to configure and
databaseless portal and content management system. And a novice with little
knowledge of html and Net could configure and run with little difficulty. I tried
once to one of the site that I am running and it is fabulous for small sites. Try
yourself to believe me. But it has got some drawbacks, too though the free
support is superb. Let me make it clear that I am a free evaluator of CMS and in
no manner associted with aldweb. Thanks!
